Denver Personal Trainer & Movement CoachReal coaching. Real accountability. Real results.
Who I Am
Training has been the throughline of my life since I was young. What kept me in it wasn't the sport itself, it was realizing how much independence comes from understanding your own body, what it's actually capable of, and how to get it there. That's the same thing I want for every client who walks in, not just results, but the confidence that comes from knowing you did the work and it paid off.
Philosophy
Getting injured as a competitive athlete taught me to look closely at the moments between movements, not just the movements themselves. That shift changed how I coach, and it's still at the center of how I train people today. That said, your program is built around your goals, not a theory. I believe every able body has the capacity to move like an athlete, sometimes it just takes someone showing you the piece you've been missing.
Background
Before training, I worked as a medical assistant in an orthopedic office, which gave me a real education in how injuries actually happen, and how they're prevented. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in cupping, assisted stretching, and nutrition. I also offer assisted stretching sessions separately, if that's something you're curious about, we can talk through what that looks like.
What to Expect
I bring the programming, the coaching, the feedback, and the honesty. You bring the effort and a willingness to be a little uncomfortable, because that's where change actually happens. If I hear "I could never do that," I'm going to challenge it, every time. We're here to find out what's actually true, together.
